This online shop is protected with the latest web security systems, including encryption and Secure Socket Layers (SSL). These systems are updated regularly. We use PayPal and Worldpay to take credit card payments. All payment details sent through these two gateways are encrypted and sent through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) as per industry standards and best practice. Alternatively UK customers can order online and pay by cheque or postal order if they prefer.

Under the terms of the Data Protection Act we are not able to release your details to any other organisation or person without your prior consent. We will therefore not do so. As an existing customer of ours we are permitted to contact you as part of the normal course of conducting business. If, at any point, you no longer wish to be contacted by us, please inform us by email and we will not bother you again.

PAYMENTS

Credit cards payments can be made either through Worldpay or PayPal, but we are also happy to accept cheques and postal orders sent through the mail (cheques apply to UK customers only).

Once you have proceeded through to the checkout, your items will be held for you for a maximum of 7 days. If your payment has not been received by us within the 7 days, we will contact you via e-mail to request details of when you posted or processed the payment to us. If you fail to respond to our e-mail within a further 3 days, we will unfortunately have to cancel your order from our system and your held items will then be released for resale.

We DO NOT accept cash payments under any circumstances.
